hook on my wall
all the evidence of what here belonged
emptiness defined by absence more than lacking
space [un]filled
subtle remind of beauty graced
warmed
inspired
loved...
removed.
"you should fill this space with another--more beautiful"
said by those who never really looked
never gazed
appreciated
understood.
there are other walls to fill
but this... hook
will always remain
empty.
